Director, Corporate Security & Business Continuity

Expanded responsibilities to include developing and implementing a Business Continuity Planning (BCP) program, creating BCP policies and procedures, and building cross-functional Steering and Crisis Committees within the BCP program.

Held full responsibility for developing, documenting, implementing, training, and retraining on all physical security policies, practices, standards, and results. Focused efforts on protecting the corporation’s team members, facilities, and assets, ensuring corporate compliance, and maintaining continuity for the corporate image. Managed direct reports and worked with facilities as well as ~30 HR contacts at Change Healthcare locations nationwide on security and safety-related matters.
